REGULATION OF THE SALE OF TOBACCO PRODUCTS NEAR PUBLIC SCHOOLS

On November 3, 2010, the South Pasadena City Council approved an amendment to South Pasadena Municipal Code (S.P.M.C.) sections 18.101, 18.103, 36.700.020, and division 36.230, Table 2-4 of the S.P.M.C. prohibiting the sale of tobacco products within 500 feet of public schools in South Pasadena.
