The City of South Pasadena welcomes any business or individual that wishes to engage in commercial filming, videotaping, still photography, public service announcements, college student films.  The City’s film liaison assists in all aspects of issuing film permits including fielding location inquiries, coordinating film shoots with public safety, public works and community services, and working proactively as a liaison with the community to minimize inconvenience and permit with community concerns in mind.
