Victor Robinette is an elected official who manages the City's banking and cash investments. He maintains an investment portfolio to insure the security of funds, provides liquidity for payments, and works to achieve the highest possible yield on City investments.
The City Treasurer recommends cash and investment policies to the City Council annually and reports investment balances monthly. He is assisted by the Finance Committee. |
