General Plan and Zoning Code preparation and updates; Mission Street Specific Plan; building code and city municipal code enforcement; development permits; staff liaison to the City Council, Planning Commission, Cultural Heritage Commission and Design Review Boards; building permits and plan checks; building inspections and occupancy permits; abatement of dangerous buildings; administration of land use and development. |

Planning: Monday-Thursday 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Friday 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Permits: Monday-Thursday 7:30 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. and Friday 7:30 a.m. to 3:45 p.m.
Plan Check: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 1:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. |
