Divisions
The South Pasadena Police Department is divided into two divisions: Field Services and Support Services.
The Detective Bureau is the investigative branch of the police department.
Patrol Sergeants are assigned neighborhood sections.
The primary duty as a traffic officer is to help reduce the number of traffic collisions by enforcing traffic laws.
Police Assistants(PAs) perform a variety of functions within the police department.
The Records Division is responsible for maintaining and keeping police reports, citations, bookings and other paperwork.
