SR-710 TUNNEL GEOTECHNICAL STUDY

Caltrans and Metro initiated the “SR-710 Tunnel Geotechnical Study” in July of 2008.  The City is participating in the Study with representatives on the Steering Committee and the Technical Advisory Committee.  Councilmember Philip Putnam serves as the City's representative on the Steering Committee and resident Mr. Richard Gutschow, a Registered Geotechnical Engineer, serves as the City's representative on the Technical Advisory Committee.
