Mission-Meridian Parking Structure Regulations

An underground Metro “Park and Ride” facility is available for patrons of the Metro Gold Line in the Mission-Meridian Village located at 805 Meridian Avenue, just north of Mission Street.

Daily paid permit parking in the facility is allowed for Metro Gold Line patrons only from 4 am to 11 am, Monday through Friday.  At all other times, including afternoons, evenings and weekends, daily paid permit general purpose parking is allowed.  Parking is free on holidays.

Daily permits for both Metro and general purpose parking cost $2 and are available from 3 machines located in the facility.  The first machine is located in the center of the Upper Level and accepts dollar bills and all coins except pennies.
A second machine is situated near the north end of the Upper Level and only accepts all coins except pennies.  The third machine, which also only accepts all coins except pennies, is located adjacent to the disabled spaces on the Lower Level across from the elevator and exit stairs.
If a permit machine is out-of-order, please utilize one of the other two machines to purchase permits.

After being purchased, the permits must be displayed on the front left dashboard of parked vehicles.

Rules & Regulations

Gold Line Preferential Parking District

Although its name implies a benefit for patrons of the Gold Line, the Gold Line Preferential Parking District actually benefits residents and businesses near the Gold Line's Mission Station.

Each household in the District may receive 3 permits, and businesses may receive as many permits as they have employees on their business license with two part-time employees equaling one full-time employee. Permits exempt the holder from the time restriction in the 3-hour limit zones only, and must be displayed from the rear view mirror to be valid.
